Maintenance is used when customer needs in the case of any problems to contact one of our workers. This worker will try to help customer with his problem. HW and SW maintenance

Hardware maintenance serves for events when customer finds out an issue with his hardware, e.g. the computer does not start after pressing the start button.
If there is a problem with application or part of the application you can also contact us. However in the case of software maintenance there is a problem that our worker is not able to know each application. That is the reason why he or she can't be able to solve the problem over phone or email and personal visit will be necessary.
